EDIT: Instead of restoring this nandroid, you'd better flash the zip you can obtain from this new thread:

Here's a nandroid I took of the ICS leak on my RAZR.

(md5: 6e05d4ddf81bd07d22bc77d561a5855a)

For XT910 only (won't boot on XT912)

The file is a .7z file: extract it (google for 7zip if you can't open a 7z). It contains the nandroid files, that should be restored from nandroid restore.

XT910, correct (so that a 912 user doesn't mistakenly try to use it)?

Yes, it's for XT910, gsm.

It's been tested on cdma by Mattlgroff, it won't boot.

I sense some confusion here.

Mattlgrof is saying that he tested on a *cdma* RAZR, and confirmed that it wouldn't boot. Sooooo yep, it's made for XT910 :-P .

No gsm users around?

Did u boot into factory recovery and wipe data factory reset. If that doesnt work I'd definitely redownload and make sure you get a good download and follow op instructions to the letter

Nothing to fix. the file is just fine. It's a .7z file: extract it (google for 7zip if you can't open a 7z). It contains the nandroid files, that should be restored from nandroid restore.

Anyway, instead of restoring this nandroid, now you'd better flash the zip you can obtain from this new thread:

Nothing changed, it's not a rom, it's a nandroid of the leak, recently installed. I don't remember if it is even rooted. Yeah, for GSM users, mainly EU.
