So, I tried to use mattlgroff's tool (v. 1.82) to get ICS 4.0.4 after getting JB. From the many guides I had blindly followed, it seemed that the Razr Maxx HD was able to follow those steps...
Anyway, I went through the steps, but as I looked on screen, almost all the steps had FAILURE preflash validation failure.
Right now, I'm stuck in AP Flashboot mode with: "Device is LOCKED. Status Code: 0."
Kinda freaking out right now...
