I know I'm excited about the future. Hung on to my last "every two" instead of falling into the Nexus trap. ;)

EDIT:

Please be aware, these are CONCEPT phones. Meaning someone made these in photoshop. They in no way indicate what future phones will look like, and the title has been changed for being deceiving.

If the edge-to-edge screen is finally coming into fruition I'm gonna be in love w/ 2012.

EDIT: I really wanna see Motorola move their M logo above the screen, and have it light up as the notification light and double as a speaker. Then use the rest of the front of the phone for pure unadulterated screen.

Ah well. That'll probably never happen.

That RAZR 2 looks like it can really cut you.

We'll see what happens in two years. I can tell you now, my old RAZR flip phone is going on display in my library, and my Droid RAZR will join it when its time comes. Both are beautiful and classic.

The future? Depends on whether these "phones" continue to expand their role as nano-computers and all purpose devices. High def screens are a given. I'd like to see work on much better voice quality for calls. Quad core? I think a dual-core with a third, low power companion core would be more practical for most users. I think we'll see the "thinnest phone" craze give way to thicker phones with longer battery life like the RAZR MAXX. LTE chips based on smaller circuit traces will use less power and help in that area, as will new battery technology that crams more charge in a smaller package.

But they are fake concept phones someone made, not even close to being a real thing :P

i like the blackberry. the razr2 just look dumb to me.. and it seems like most of the phones are based on thinness.
