Ran encryption and now my phone will not reboot. Gets stuck at the red eye. Tried to go into recovery but after the android triangle screen loads power up/down will not bring up the recovery options. I am running the JB update on a Razr Maxx w/ root. And suggestions?

Update:
Finally got into recovery and reran upgrade from sdcard but boot still does not complete. Factory reset time?

And factory reset it is ... hate when I have to do that but issue is resolved.
