Since you updated to the .15 it updated the gpt.bin (your security file) and that means you cannot go back to a previous version. You'll have to fzx the newest to have the phone functional

You will have to flash the VZW_XT926_4.4.2-KDA20.62-15.1_1FF.xml version. If your bootloader is unlocked you can flash an older system, radio, boot and bootloader, but there are specifics ways to do so. If your bootloader is locked, the newer version of your only option.

my bootloader is unlocked

so if i flash VZW_XT926_4.4.2-KDA20.62-15.1_1FF.xml

can i root the phone and unlock my sim card?

i do use a file back to jb then i use DROID_RAZR_HD_Utility_1.21 to flash an old room

then i use rsd universal option to flash the room it work but the room size became 4.5 GG on my internal storage

so ill try to flash the last update as long i can root and unlock my sim card

Since your boot loader is unlocked, you'll always be able to maintain root by flashing a SU zip in recovery.

thanks all for the help

i already fix the problem and back to the old software VZW_XT926_4.4.2-KDA20.62-10.1

this is how i fix it

i use a file i download it from here ( xt926-FlashBack-to-JB_updater-ver5)

then i use DROID_RAZR_HD_Utility_1.21 to install an old software

after that i use RSD - universal flashing option

after the phone boot up i use factory reset

after phone reboot im on VZW_XT926_4.4.2-KDA20.62-10.1 some how factory reset erase 4.1.2 software and keep 4.4.2 the storage space back from 4.5GB to 3.8GB

then i got another problem Sticky Bit Fastboot

and here is the fix

First you want to download this zip file extract the file to your computer so it should read C:\Android

Next click on it once so it's selected hold left shift and right click and click on "open command window here"
Now plug in you phone and boot it up normally, then make sure usb debugging is enabled.
now in the command window type "adb devices" (this makes sure your device is hooked up and ready to be fixed)
List of commands to type in. ( in order)
1. adb reboot bootloader
2.fastboot oem fb_mode_set
3.fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
3.fastboot erase userdata
4.fastboot erase cache
5.fastboot reboot

download all the files from here
