polokri i agree very much so. So its not advised to put this on your stock ROM for anyone who doesnt know. Get a debloated rom and work from there. I had it on stock and it ran choppy and lag city. I didnt realize this is not advised. so i reversed the process and replaced the original apk through SS 3.7 .. feel much more comfortable running it on safeside. Would love to see a rom with this incorporated into it.

Can I just install the Circle Widget?

Widget won't work with any other launcher.

There is a similar widget on the market called Rings Digital Weather Clock. It doesn't have weather on the lock screen but it is nice.

One More Clock from market looks similar to Circles Widget, and it does have the weather working...Actually what I am using, because I prefer Apex Launcher to the RAZR M one....

Is the launcher/etc from the Razr M on Jelly Bean any different from the ICS version? The linked post appears to be the apk's taken from the ICS version.

If you are on a ROM... and IF you don't want the original RAZR home.... you can install this zip with safestrap,

It will install the RAZR M home and circle widget.

Scrolling wallpaper ????

Not quite....this is a live wallpaper that scrolls your picture wallpaper. (Doesn't work for other live wallpapers.)
