Hi I am on this ROM from past 1 month or so
Its great
But somehow I feel idle battery loss is too much
Its all kernel related.
But I us this just to receive calls, never use data or never ever fiddle around with it.
can anyone suggest what to do.

We have been trying like crazy to figure out the idle battery drain issue... Deep sleep isn't working for some reason and we are pretty sure it is a rogue app causing the phone to not sleep when the screen is off but we can't figure out which app is causing the problem... I believe deep sleep works on our jb rom, Flying Jelly, so maybe if I compare the 2 I can find the culprit... I'll keep you posted!

Unfortunately, this seems to be related to the Google Now port from JB to ICS, these same kinds of battery issues appeared after we added the newest Google Now port. If you don't use Google Now, just let me know and either T3T3droid or I can make you a flashable zip that removes Google Now and we can see if that helps reduce your idle battery usage.

Thank you for this great rom! I flashed it today using ss2.1 and had no issues with the weather in the circles widget. Any chance you could make a flashable zip that changes the status bar battery and signal icons back to stock? Thank you very much!

In the second post there is a zip to get you back to the stock status bar. Just flash in recovery. Glad you like it!

Really like the speedy rom, and most of the features it has, the only problems as others have had was the dsp manager (luckily I dont use it), and the weather on the circles widget, which is no big deal since you can download a 3rd party clock easily, also google now doesn't work properly, but still works alright. Very fast, and everything else I have tried works very well, finally not on that buggy, laggy, stock ics. The only thing I don't like is the battery icon in the status bar, wish I could change it. Can't compare it to others as this is one of my first roms I have installed, all I can say is that my phone finally feels buttery smooth, thank you very much for the rom, nice job!!!

p.s. I am using Safestrap 3.05.

The slot shouldn't be a problem as long as you wiped it.
OTOH I found a weather apk that worked. Had to reboot to get the city locator to work, but it works fine now. I'll try to post a link when I get to my pc.

I installed it, and converted it to a system app with jRummy's ROM toolbox.
Reboot, and widget worked.

Sometimes I get an big error with this rom, when someone calls me the phone will ring, but nothing will show on the screen (nothing comes up, all I see is the launcher, you can do everything you want, but I can't pick up my phone). This happened on the last 2 phone calls, and once yesterday, also there was no record of the missed calls under the recent tab.

Anyone having some weather issues? I'm still using the weather.apk that came with the 1.1 flash (as the circles widget was working fine for me from the start) but as of last night it won't update. It could be the server I guess but it's been stuck since last night at 7:31 CST.

Just wanted to put this out there...

Team LiteSpeed has 4 Roms out now and we are trying our best to keep up with giving you guys updates, but it's just me and JP deving so it's kinda tough for us to think of new things to make them better and keep them updated. So let us know if you think of something we can change or add to make it more appealing to you :-)

Was a zip ever posted to remove the google now? I don't use it and would be happy to see if fixes the battery idleness issue

This ROM is Officially unsupported by Team LiteSpeed. This means that no further updates will come and very little support will come from TLS. If you are interested in a TLS ROM for the RAZR, then check out FlyingJelly for the JB Update.
