Please I need a link to download Matt Utility for ICS, I neet to flash a stock ICS ROM into my droid Razr(XT912 Varizon). Phone is soft bricked and am stuck at the droid logo. I can boot to the AP fastboot mode, so either help me get Matt Utility for ICS or fastboot files so that use it in RSD Lite. Thank you in advance.

Just to be 100% sure...... Your softbricked phone is indeed still on ICS?..... Its never seen JB?......
Next question, how did you softbrick?
We need a bit more information so we can try to point you in the right direction
Were you attempting to flash a ROM? or trying to upgrade?
Thanks for the quick reply...It was on 4.1 and I was trying to flash 4.4 then it bricked. Now am stucked at the DROID boot screen. After few minutes it restart and then hang again on the DRIOD boot screen. Please help me, I have tried Matt's Utility JB and RSD Lite fastboot files but none works for me.
