Which device do you actually have?..... Since you have tried to flashed both 910 and 912 firmware?

Had anything been flashed to that phone prior to you trying this utility, etc? ...... It appears to me that the wrong firmware has been flashed to the device

Its possible that you have permantly messed up your device by randomly flashing firmware to it....... If you can post the swdl.txt from your rsdlite installation directory that will be helpful ..... Plus it would be helpful to know what all firmwares that you have attempted to flash...... Any and all information you have can be helpful...

A few other quick questions...... Are you using an OEM Motorola cable?.... Are you using a 2.0 USB port? Windows 7 or 8? Do you have access to Linux instead of windows?

Also..... By looking at the swdl.text.... It appears to me that you have indeed attempted to flash the wrong firmware.... More than once

You download a Linux distro for free (Google search for Ubuntu, it seems to be the most user friendly) and either burn to DVD or put on USB... Then you can boot PC with it and run the RAZR 912 (JB) utility again...... I have seen failures on windows that don't seem to happen in Linux ..... Be sure to use a 2.0 USB port (3.0 WILL cause failures) and make sure you are using a OEM Motorola USB cable (non Motorola cables will cause failures as well) .....
