It's just an Image. Save the image location above and go to your Profile and edit your Signature.

Right Click the one you want
Copy Image URL
Go to your profile
Edit Profile
Edit Signature
Hit the image button when editing (it looks like a tiny picture of a tree)
Paste in the URL for when it asks you for it
Save Changes
Done!

Save img url, then paste it in your signature box with {img}{/img} only { = [ and } = ]

The signatures appear to have a limit of 100x16? How is everyone putting larger ones?

Guess you have to be a mod or admin to have a larger signature, but who the heck could see a photo that is 16 pixels tall anyway???? Don't think alot of thought went into that one.
Why can't you put your Speedtest image results in your signature????????????
