Nothing...didn't see them
so you flashed the rom, let it boot, set it up and then rebooted and flashed those zips and you dont see any extra govenors in no frills? Odd

this is based off of the OTA. when other source becomes available there will be more to customize. for now this is V1. More to come

First off thanks for the ROM. By far my favorite JB rom so far. Going to be my daily driver. I did want to chime in and say I had the same issue with the governors. I followed the process of flashing and rebooting, as listed. Eventually went back into safestrap and flashed S-Voice and Acid and they worked. After that I later went into Safestrap again and flashed the two zips and the extra options are not showing up in no-frills. Not a huge deal but just wanted to say that they aren't the only ones having the issue.

auto rotate works fine for me in touchwiz, make sure your setting is checked in settings->display
