Im Alex, live in aus, and own a razr m that isnt satisfied with life (demanding little bugger)

So i find my self here, with my (reasonably) trusty little razr m. Small yet powerful, like bruce lee...only bruce lee doesnt stutter when opening a window

And i have one question:

My phone is running 4.1.2 (it seems to be the most recent in Aus, dont ask me why) 
System version: 98.21.7.XT905

I have NO idea how to tell if im running this dreaded "183.46.15" update as no numbers i see anywhere reflect that.
As as far as i can tell im running 98.21.7?

Just want to know yay or neigh (lol) so i can proceed as i would like a phone thats rooted, and not rooted.
