Wow.

Surprised no one as mentioned Revenge of the Nerds nor Tron....neither of which is remotely close to my favorite.

I love the Matrix trilogy, but I'm also going to have to throw in the Chronicles of Ridd|ck (purposefully misspelled b/c board is putting in Richard for the last 4 letters in Ridd|cks name when spelled correctly), as well as the remake of Battlestar Galactica (yes, not a movie, technically, but still) and its spinoffs.

But the one movie I've watched more than any other and will always sit dwn to watch again:

Serenity.

Yeah, I said it.

I know it was already said, but Hackers was such a great movie! Watched it again a couple of weeks ago.

Stargate. The movie itself might not be considered as computer geek criteria, I loved the movie when I first saw it. Though the original storyline pretty much made it seem that everything was done and everything was rainbows and bacon eating Unicorns, it spawned 1 of the best series 2 additional spinoffs and 2 series movies. It was one of the most boneheaded decisions to have killed the franchise and especially crappy to not have had any type of closure with SGU.

All the great one's have been mentioned already eg: swordfish, weird science, matrix, tron etc. How about star trek, or star wars?

Definitely a Star Wars fan..did like ST, but really liked TNG. I'm still not sure about the reboot though and have no clue who the villain in this next one is! Guess the timeline being screwed up means that anybody could have gone rogue.

I'm a huge fan as well. Since Disney bought lucas arts I've been a bit skeptical. But I hope they do no mess up the the next star wars movie and trilogy.

This was also one of my favorite computer nerd movies. The Net was a good classic too.
