So, i just wanna ask that does some one has a lil bit of balls that he can unlock boot loader of droid razr xt912 cdma spyder omap device...????????????? :/

I'm 99.99% sure you can't unlock the 912.

I told you before, you CANNOT unlock the 912

In case anyone sees this thread in the future, let's give some context for the OMAP devices and why they will are not unlockable. They were locked by blowing a qfuse at the factory. This is UNLIKE the snapdragon devices where you blow an efuse to unlock the device. Because the qfuse is blown on the OMAP devices, there is no way to unlock the device. So people can stop asking now.
