Hey I downloaded and flashed Th3orys ABSYM ROM and I know he has updates to it...He says to wipe cache and dalvik only, my question is, what do I do after wiping? I have tried to install from sd and update from sd but I get the same error ,messege, unknown volume found sd_ext. What do I do to update? Im very new at this and using safestrap

Wiping Dalvik always says this. Not an error. Then you flash the .zip over your already installed Abysm if I understand. It shouldn't error other than that unless your download corrupted or another unforeseen issue.

Yes, correct. Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik, Flash update....reboot system. It will take several seconds on the boot screen so be patient. It will boot right into your system. Let it settle for a couple of minutes and you're good to go.

Moved on to the LG G2 on VZW and lovin it!

after you wipe go to "install from sd card" then go down to the update you put on your sd card and select it and install it just like you installed the rom. i think your going to "install update" instead of install from SD card

we were all newbies at one time, just ask before you do something bad. it can be confusing at times on what to do. i can from a good evo forum that helped me alot over thw past year, but the forum is just as good, and helpful

Couldn't have said it better myself. If you are unsure of something, don't be afraid to ask. A question you ask is probably the same question another person is afraid to ask. So you are helping yourself and others.
