I was looking through the HoM and I didn't see a flashme.bat I did however see one that said flashme. Is that the same?

Twrp loads but as far as booting up it just flashed the moto logo and that's it.

Depends on the computer and windows, lynix, or mac. also if windows is set to hide extensions in the view settings.

leave it in twrp and let it charge before trying again. Read the instructions in HOM on flashing everything at once the latest twrp is 2.8.6.0 I believe.
