My STOCK ROM got hosed on my XT912, but I still have SafeStrap 3.75 (TWRP v2.7.1.0) access, how can I re-flash my RAZR and get the Stock rom to KitKat, or to atleast 4.1.2?

First and for most, THANK YOU!! for helping me out with this dilemma, I have had a corrupt memory card which has been locking my phone up and would not connect to my computer unless I am in SafeStrap 3.75 Recovery and Mount the USB, which make it hard to transfer files.

Will this kill ROOT? How do I get SuperUser "SU" on the Stock Image?

This will remove root. No way around it when you have bad system files. Nuke and repave is the only way to fix them. You wil have to find a root exploit and regain root access.

You can't use this area due to having a locked bootloader. The 912 isn't unlockable.

So, how did I get SafeStrap in my recovery, I would like to regain this. How can I get this working again, and I have UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.16.zip

Does this routine just get me back to Right Out of Box?? and I have to then run my Root Routine I found

Use saferoot-Moto from here to root.

Search for safestrap 3.75, install it and run it to activate recovery. Reboot and you'll have the safestrap menu. Sent from my XT1060DE

I got an error right off the bat...

error: cannot load 'cdt.bin_signed'

then is went thru its paces, and I chose Y to erase userdata, then it continued on saying OKAY, then when it got a little farther down, and it said

error: cannot load 'cdrom'

then it continued and said OKAY

then it rebooted.

but the phone booted to the factory image...

The cdrom error is ok not a problem. What do you mean factory image?  Factory boot screen?  this flash takes the phone back to the way it came out of the box, which is the only way to repair a corrupt file system.  If the phone didn't boot (and it may take a few minutes, some as long as 15 to load a fresh install the first time.) If it doesn't boot I would try to download the fxz file again and reflash, it may be a bad download.  At least you are not seeing the errors yet that would show a memory hardware failure.  That is happening more often as these phones get older.

Got it working and rooted, and I'm getting all my backed up SMS messages, but I notice that the last digit on my IMEI has changed, I do have the FULL LIcensed version of CDMA Workshop how can I change the IMEI number. The SIM card that was in my phone, and was working before has another phone number assigned to it, but I purchased it from Verizon that way, and it has never given me problems before. Do you think I may need another SIM card, or can I fix this one, The last digit changed from a 7 to a 0, I am not able to make phone calls from it.

First I would try and shut down remove the sim card reboot completely and let it start up with out the sim, shut back down and put the sim back in and reboot again.  If that doesn't work then I would get another sim for it.

I had originally flashed my Razr to run on PagePlus running 3G. since they didn't support 4G Phones at the time,  and I had it working for over a year with a VZW 4GLTE sim card in it. Today when I flashed the Stock ROM and Rooted it with no problem, I started to get my SMS messages, but I couldn't make outgoing calls, I keep getting " A Verizon Wireless SIM card has activated your service and updated your phone's roaming capabilities", but I haven't done anything except *22800. Any Ideas?

the *22800 will mess up a sim card fast.  That should never be run on a smart phone with a sim.  I will be willing to bet you will have to replace the sim card.

OK, if I get a new SIM card again, what should I do to get me back on PagePlus running in 3G with a VZW 4G LTE SIM Card? Everything is working on the phone, except for my service, now PagePlus is telling me the phone is 4G and will only sell me a SIM card @ $29.99 a month, where I was paying $80.00 for a whole year with 2000 minutes, data when I need it at $0.10 a meg, but I use WiFi most of the time.
