So, what should I do?
Oh, both the broken phone and the replacement are Bionics.

If so and your rooted titanium backup or a similar app can backup and restore your apps and data. I don't know 100% that will work to a different phone but it's worth a shot seeing as they are same model device.
Contacts, Google should have taken care of.
Internal sdcard you will have to move the stuff to the external one, use a PC or a file browser on the phone, then just put it in the new phone.
I hope this is somewhat useful to you

Laurelraven, it looks so strange to see your name and a title of "noob"..
Tell me about it! I've just been too busy lately to post on this new forum.

I did this when we bought my 3 boys Nexus 7's for Christmas. I got the first one where I wanted it with the apps and settings, made a nandroid backup, and then restored to the other two. It worked well. The only thing I did before restoring the backup was boot and change the "owner" name so we'd eventually be able to keep track of which tablet belonged to whom.
Good to know, though I'm concerned about what affect it will have with all of the carrier stuff involved. I'm going to give it a try...getting tired of using my phone with a broken screen.

It was almost eerie booting the new phone and having it be exactly as I remember my old one. Also nice. While I don't mind change, and if you saw my phone over the year and a half I've had it you'd know that's true, I don't like sudden drastic change.
I know...I'm a whiner. But I'm a whiner with my phone the way I like it!
