A buddy of mine who just purchased a Maxx HD, unfortunately, dropped it and cracked the screen. Where can he get a replacement screen?

moto will replace for about $185 with shipping

Yeah unfortunately I know the OG RAZRs the glass and LCD were glued together and sold like that, and was actually cheaper to have Moto fix it than buy the glass/LCD and try to repair it yourself. I'm assuming the HD series is the same.

It's actually $100 for screen only repairs on Razr devices.

First off, thanks for your service chief!

Secondly, your buddy is back here in the US right? You may want to check the phone book/online. Here we have a local store called iPhone Tod, but he fixes iPhones, droids, 360, most electronics in general I think. I have not had any work done by his hsop but he has a very good reputation and does things for a very reasonable price. You may be able to find some one similar in your local area.
