I work in the hospitality field we sere cleaning out our lost and found from July, I found a Droid maxx phone that seems to be locked how can I get it unlocked and use it? I don't have the owners information and Verizon can't give it to me or contact them about the phone. Any help is greatly appreciated

Being that you are not the direct owner and we have way of verifying who/what/where /when/how, we cannot give you that information directly.  I will tell you that all the info needed for flashing a device back to stock out of the box is available here and many many other places.  Just do some looking and searching.  It shouldn't take you more than 2 minutes to at least get on the right track.
