other mfgs plans have no baring on what another does. That said I'll be surprised to see much of any ICS released within the next month or so. HTC can talk all the ywant they still need to get approval of the build from the carrier which takes upwards or 3-4 wks. And if a build is rejected the process starts all over again
Now with that said and looking back as past releases ( IE Gingerbread on the X ) I'd guess we will not see official ICS for Motos until at least mid April or later.
