I was just wondering why there are a lack of ROMs with the Theme Chooser on them? I'm kind of a crack themer so I loved the simplistic customization options it added. It just seemed when I owned an xt912 that every ROM had it. It just seems that it's no longer used (save a select few). Forgive me for my ignorance.

Patience. This comes built in to cm and cm based ROMs like aokp, but in this case the devs are working off aosp. This means they have to integrate the entire code by hand. From what I hear it is quite tricky to do. However I hear that it should be coming soon enough.
On top of that, the HD is in the early stages of modding while the of RAZR has been around for awhile.

...Don't expect it until Hashcode gets more progress on the HD.
His latest blog explains a little of why its taken some time.
Theme Manager is heavily framework dependent and if one method register is incorrect which is extremely easy to get wrong in smali its probably going to be a hot boot. I've never heard of a non source ROM getting Theme Manager ported to it.
