Hello
I just returned from a trio to Cuba and as luck would have it my phone locked up the day I returned before I had time to back up my files!
I am getting XT907 on screen error
is locked. Status code: 0
I have already replace the phone and I am looking to pull the pics and videos from the device. It is an Android razr m about 3 years old. Not sure exactly what version of the software is running but I imagine it is the latest download for that model.
PLEASE HELP!

Do you get anything when you plug it into the computer via usb? Does the computer see the phone at all?

It does not. I get a ding like it sees it but it will not connect.

Make sure you have the latest moto usb drivers installed, you are using a moto cable and you are using a 2.0 usb port on the computer not a hub.
