I've been using eclipse for about two weeks and basically it's my daily driver now. I was thinking of installing it on the stock slot but I wasn't sure if the back up that will be reinstalled to stock slot will have all the data or just the rom itself. If not, will titanium backup be enough to back up any app data?

whatever your phone looked like at time of makinf the SS back up.. its how your phone will look like when you restore it to your stock partition... just make sure you format internal sd card and format data cache dalvik and system... and go to restore and it should be in the external sd card
