Hello,
I flashed to IcarusHD 1.7.2 and I was going back through the process of setting all my stuff back up in it. I went to change the wallpaper to a photo that I have in a Picasa Web Account online and that's when I realized that in my menu there appears to be 3 different icons for the gallery:

(A) 1 pink icon called "Gallery" and when I do an App Info on it, it shows it is version 1.1.30682
(B) second identical pink icon called "Gallery" and when I do an App Info on it, it shows it is version 1.1.40001
© 1 polaroid picture called "My Gallery" and when I do an App Info on it, it shows it is version 1.1.145

So, when I go into (A), it shows just pictures that are on my phone.

When I go into (B), it shows the pictures on the phone as well as pictures from my Picasa Web account, however, when I locate the photo I want to use as my wallpaper, I click" Menu->Set Picture As", it presents me with 4 options: Contact Photo, Wallpaper (com.motorola.motgallery), Wallpaper (com.android.gallery3d) & Wallpaper (com.google.android.gallery3d). Regardless of which Wallpaper option I choose, it always results in "Unfortunately, the proces com.google.android,gallery3d has stopped." and clicking OK exits the application.

When I go into © it comes up with the options for Camera Roll, My library, Online, Friends, DLNA Servers. Much what I am used to, however, when I go into My Library, it only shows the pictures on the phone (Like A) and does not show any of my Picasa Web albums. When I try to go to Online I am asked to add a social network.and it wants me to add a new Google Account to it. If I enter my current Google credentials (which is already set up on the phone) it throws an error that the Account already exists on this device.

I've tried "Force Stop/Clear Cache/Clear Data" on the My Gallery application but that didn't help.

Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are currently working on an OTA patch that will remove two gallery apps to lessen confusion as well as hopefully solve your Picasa web albums issue.

Thanks! I installed the 1.7.3 patch and it appears to have kept the Gallery Application Version 1.1.30682 and removed Version 1.1.40001 as well as the 'My Gallery' application. The Gallery Application Version 1.1.30682 remains unchanged in that it does not show any of my Picasa Web Albums. I tried Force Stop/Clear Cache/Clear Data but that does not help. When in the application, I tried Menu->Settings but that results in a blank page.
