I am just curious if anyone has noticed this issue. When my phone is set to vibrate (it vibrates when set) but when I receive notifications, ie text messages, my phone acts like its on silent. I have noticed this for the last couple weeks, and keep looking for the reason but can't find the cause. The strange thing is Facebook messenger will vibrate but the stock messenger won't. If this is just an isolated issue, the only thing I can think of that could be the issue is that I have the app Llama installed. Llama if you don't know about it changes system settings based on location therefor it changes my phones volume settings to vibrate when I am at work and school. I haven't found any mention of this issue in another thread but I may have missed it if it was.

I use Llama too and my settings keep changing even when I'm in the same location. I thought maybe it was just my phone acting weird. I've been wanting to email the developer, their ratings seem to indicate good customer service, I've lacked the time recently to follow up. I've been activating and locking the profiles for now. It's totally messed with bluetooth with th sporadic profile changes.

You guys - pop over into stock and see if Llama changes things there - this might be yet another manifestation of the same type of bug I'm experiencing (or, just wait for me to try it on the old 1.5 and see if this disappears).

check the recent tab, when that happens. it may be that you picked up a tower that was set to unknown area.

I don't believe it is Llama thats causing the issues, never caused an issue before on other ROMs. Since my other slots are set up with all my apps and contacts, I just uninstalled Llama for the time being, I will see if that makes a difference.

I didn't imply Llama was the issue I implied the ROM was.
