Not a M.  The GF gave me her old OG Droid and I started playing with it.  The M was my first Android Phone, so I had no experience on older OS's.  Wow, what a difference.

Not a M.  The GF gave me her old OG Droid and I started playing with it.  The M was my first Android Phone, so I had no experience on older OS's.  Wow, what a difference.

Actually, not really, yet.  I had to learn how to use that old OS, so it took a while to figure out.  However, I did appreciate the unlocked bootloader.  It made things really easy to root, flash a custom recovery, and load a ROM.  Internal memory sucks, RAM sucks, but I installed CrossBreeder and that helped a lot.  It is certainly no M, though.

That would be SSLauncher, which is a gridless launcher that allows you to add shortcuts with custom icons, or create text shortcuts as well. I downloaded a custom icon pack, and then you tell the launcher which app to open with each icon. It's pretty sweet.

have you found a cm10 ROM yet? There are several on XDA. As well as droidrzr.com and droid- hive.
PAC man , carbon, slim bean and AOKP are all nice.

I was running Slim, dirty flashed Marx's port, and I don't think it "jived" like it wanted.  So, I clean installed Marx's Slim, and while doing this I decided I would change up themes a little:
