Thanks to RootUser94 I was able to get the launcher from the Galaxy S3 re-sized for the M. The file I'm uploading contains the launcher and the Accuweather widget from the S3. You should be able to flash this through SafeStrap and be running the launcher with no problems.

Edit: This was really only works with 4.1.2, you'll get some FC's with 4.1.1
