Has anyone tried this utility to see if it erases everything on the internal SD card?

Manual Commands will not wipe it. RSD will.

The utility does until I update it.Manual Commands will not wipe it. RSD will.

I just tried to flash the files available at XDA and it failed. Unknown fastboot command
It's possible the file was corrupt. Just a heads up to anyone else who tries.
i'm having this issue too

I think, that you have deceived.
If you are referring to running the 173 fastboot files in RSD Lite. The XML needs edited, two lines need removed for it to work.
