First off, I'm sorry I don't have a download link for the .apk but I can tell you that you can find it on XDA's Nook Tablet forum.
I don't know if this is common knowledge and I'm just posting up unnecessarily so if I am please delete.

Amazon Video app from the Kindle Fire appears to work fine on the Razr Maxx over wifi. I don't live in an area with 4G LTE coverage so I cannot confirm that until Monday (2/20).
I'm on the .173 update running the Frankenstein rom using Voodoo OTA Rootkeeper to unroot. You have to unroot each time you use it as I believe the app checks for root and does not work if it finds root access.
Logging in requires that you buy something so I suggest you get something you really want. Or is really cheap. Or both.

Edit: Does not work on 3G/4G

I can't seem to get it to take my login. I found the apk and it says you have to purchase content to get the sign in screen, but when I login it takes me back to the purchase screen and it's not accepting my log in. How did you get it to take yours?

I tried to rent "Gladiator" and it prompted me to log in. Have you unrooted via OTA Rootkeeper beforehand?

I got the prompt to sign in and entered my info but it doesn't "take". I have an account so that's not the issue. I can't get to my content.

Not too sure how to log out...
Otherwise I would go through the steps and actually record them on my old phone for us.
I remember that it made me sign in after it opened up the browser and then I had to sign in again inside the app.
Basically what I did was:
1. unroot via OTA Rootkeeper
2. install the .apk
3. attempt to purchase
4. Browser prompt, signed in, pressed back to app
5. app prompt, signed in
6. watched Chappelle's Show
Not sure what happened for you but I'm honestly 100% clueless as to the workings of this.
I only tried it because it seems to work on Gingerbread devices of various stripes.

Edit: Going to try uninstalling and then attempting login again.
Also I read on the Nook Tablet forums that a reboot after an attempt sometimes helps. Not too sure but hey...whatever sticks right?
I made a crude video of how I did it after uninstalling.

Well this is weird...but I just decided to uninstall the app since it isn't working for me. Open it up and there is my content. I appear to be signed in. So now it's working for me. Very odd.

Thanks for the post! I can confirm this is working on my phone. I did run in to the log in problems that have been brought up but found that all that was needed was to try and rent a free episode and hit sign in. After this exit the app completely and reboot the phone. After boot up enter the app again and your purchased content will be available in your library! I also love how you have the option tl download the content instead of stream! Works perfectly for flying!

No problem. I guess boredom can be helpful sometimes too.

Go Launcher EX
I used "Sphere" for transition animations but there perhaps a dozen options.
