Might also want to mention I included a .bat to run that will do what RSD Lite does, also that it wipes your Internal SD card.Woooo Hooooo also mention it is rootable!

I must confess that I am confused...I already have fastboot and 6.11.173 that I obtained weeks ago from this site..did something change?

The first Fastboot files leaked were 6.11.744
then you would have to flash 6.11.748 then 6.12.173
Now the Fastboot files have the latest update, 6.12.173
This will save you a few steps

Going to attempt to fastboot by removing the two lines that contain "oem" as that's what fails apparently.
