Been trying out Dhackers build, I'll have to give yours a shot. Your ROMs rock. Love the fact that CM12 is up and running on this older device. EDIT: Clean flashed today's build and no navigation bars or status bar worked... Seemed to run fine except for the bars missing. Any suggestions? Sent from my RAZR M from Tapatalk Pro.

Maybe either a bad download or bad flash. I'll verify hashes and reflash.

Look in development section, there is a link to twrp, go to the last post it has the latest from dhacker. Use that img file and flash using flashify
Or go here

You can flashify from any rooted ROM. Just download and flash. Or do it through your PC with fastboot, command is 'fastboot flash recovery.IMG' where the recovery.IMG is your recovery name. I doubt that TWRP can restore CWM backups, but I could be wrong. As soon as you flash TWRP I'd just boot to recovery and make a new backup. I've flashed tons of ROMs on TWRP with no issues... Flash away.

Booted up just fine for me, phone got a little warm though. Newer build has more stuff added. Did you do a clean build? Takes about 15 minutes to boot, just like cm12.

I always clean flash. It sure did see like at least 15 mins. I can't say I timed it though. I let it boot through like almost half a walking dead episode lol

Try it again, it should boot if cm12 booted. It is based off of cm12. Yes i love that show, the end was sad though.
