Be sure to create a slot. Don't flash it over your stock slot.

Look up that blog I referred to earlier. It talks about everything you need to do to set up SafeStrap.
Blur roms? So one I find them look like 500mb or so. I just do what copy to SD card and use Strat to install it in a slot?

The root method posted in that thread is incorrect. However, the SS part is accurate. I prefer to go straight to Hash's blog and follow the instructions there. Google "how to safestrap" and the first result should be a link to Hash's blog.

Safe strap is up but when I make a slot it create it on phone not SD card
Yeah, it's going to create it on the phone. That's the one thing about SS, it eats up internal memory. When I used it, I formatted the slot for 1gb and there was more than enough space left for my apps.

Save the ROM .zip where ever is convenient for you, then create the ROM slot, activate the ROM slot, and flash the ROM in that slot. When you reboot the phone, it will now boot into that slot. Don't flash over your stock slot.

When you go to install, you will get a type of file explorer that will allow you to choose the file you want to flash.
