We need more S3 people here. I've had one one for about 4 months. I am a Bionic convert. Mine is unlocked and rooted, stock Verizon 4.1.2 with Google Wallet.

I'm staring to look into ROMs, any suggestion? I have a N7 too, so I was looking for ROMs that go on both, but I do like the touchwiz ROMs.

I am downloading Hyperdrive 12 as we ... speak. Kind of slow on the DL though.

FUBARed.... this is the first time I've flashed a ROM in a while. I flashed Hyperdrive but I get the Verizon unauthorized screen of death on boot. I was unlocked with CWR. Do you NEED TWRP to flash?

I'm going to ODIN back to stock and then Nandroid back. I'll mess with this later when I have more time.

Testing Hyperdrive now :D. FWIW EZ Unlock V1.4 doesn't really unlock with VZW stock you need V1.2.

It froze on me too during the install on the same screen as you. My phone was pretty warm so I let it sit to cool and I was able to get it installed. My of been coincidental.

If you get freezes in aroma just pull the battery and reflash. This is an issue with the Program not the rom.... Make sure you follow all instructions in the op like letting your phone sit after install
