Why are you safestrapping?
Get the latest KitKat OTA, if you're not on it, and unlock your bootloader! Forgo safestrap as their are a limited # of ROMs for the XT926.
Of course, there aren't any new ROMs ready-for-prime-time under KK right now, but having that unlocked bootloader is precious. We must haves it, my precious!

Not sure what safestrap will do for you. Just go into recovery and try a wiping of the cache and dalvik. If that doesn't work, then it's time for a factory data reset in recovery. Finally, if that doesn't work, I would reflash a complete KK image to your phone and see if that works (use the full which wipes data across the entire phone except for your external SD card).

Anyone know how I can install a custom ROM ?

You'll need to unlock the BL and install a custom recovery. With that being said, none of the custom ROMs out there right now will work on the new bootloader/kernel. DHacker has a test build of CM11 out right now that works, somewhat.

Most users prefer TWRP. The TWRPs for the Razrs are unofficial, so you won't be able to get them of the TWiRP site. I can't link Android Hosting here at work, but you can get the recovery from the link in the OP of this thread:

As of now, no roms for those who are running KK have been completed. Dhacker has one in progress that you can find here. Make sure you get TWRP installed and make a backup before you try to install custom roms for ease of recovery if it doesn't work out.
