run-as: Package 'com.motorola.bug2go' has currupt installation

any idea how to fix it? thanks in advance!

First go to sdcard and delete "bug2go". Then run root utility again. If it doesn't work you may have to do a factory data reset.

i deleted "bug2go" from my sd card and still getting corrupt install error. By factory data reset, is that where i go into the recovery and clear the cache? or reset to default.

If you are stock you can just go into settings, backup and reset and choose factory data reset. Then skip initial setup on the phone and run the utility again.

i am having the same issue however i changed my mind on rooting it and need help deleting super user from my phone 

any help would be GREATLY appreciated
