Safestrap Bootloop With 6.12.173 Pulled System Files

I pulled the system folder in adb from my original system running 6.12.173. Then I used a zip for another rom and cleared out everything in the system folder (since I'm not sure how to do this myself yet). Added the system files that I pulled.Done the data/cache wipe, system format, and wiped dalvi. Flashed the zip in safestrap to the second system not my original system. Done a data/cache wipe as well as dalvi wipe again. When I boot up it makes it to the boot animation but only runs for about 1 to 2 seconds then starts over again. I done all of these steps to put 6.11.748 on second system of safestrap and everything went ok. The only thing that I could think that might be different other than update files is when I pulled my 6.11.748 system I had not installed safestrap. I did try uninstalling safestrap but with same results. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

It sounds like you are trying to have 173 on non safe side and 748 on safe side. If that's the case I don't think you can do that because of the system builds and kernels and all. Not too sure but .....I am having an issue with 6.12.173 pulled system files and safestrap second system. Let me explain what I have done first.

This is how it is running right now. I was trying to bring safe side up. That's assuming that safe side is system 2. That's the strange part.
