yes it is, also I need to switch to TWRP I am running SS. I am on the TWRP website, going to download it. wanted to make sure I have the right one. is it the ( android emulator ) or is it not on the site for the M.

Cool that worked, I think. I removed SS but I don't get any reboot or recovery option on restart. just loads the stock rom. Does it not work like SS, ware you get the recovery / continue screen.

You have to manually go in to recovery it's not like ss

OK, so now that I got TWRP working, whats the next step to installing this rom.  I know it runs on the 4.1.2, as I am on 4.1.1 do I have to SPF to v 4.1.2 , re root , and then install the ROM or is there a better way.

no need to sbf. just make a backup of your stock system in twrp. after that follow the install directions and profit

Yup. Proper kernel is included and installed automatically. Just flash and go. Remember to mount system though.

read the post above the kernel was the issue your talking about but its included now so says one of the co creators of the rom  :rolleyes:

I had the same issue. I ended up flashing DST to get the kernel and wiped and installed this afterward. Probably not the preferred method, but it worked.

I'd mount just in case but Idk about flashing kernels with TWRP I always done it in fastboot

Yea, not a good idea, it locked up the phone. was able to get it back. it took a while. I have never done it in fastboot, can you give me some pointers.

So the kernel didn't flash properly for you? That's very interesting...

Edit: unless t3 didn't put the kernel in. Then its obviously not so interesting :p

I don't think he added the kernel when I flashed it I had to flash the 4.1.2 kernel myself
