Nova and Apex have similar features, but Nova has a really nice feature that Apex doesn't seem to have, which is that you can put widgets in the dock, which lets you put settings toggles as additional pages of the dock, which I like a lot.

I believe circles widget only works with stock launcher. I'm using Ring Digital Weather Clock widget with Nova and an very pleased with this combination.
