Install Instructions:
Make sure you on correct ROM either Stock 173 or RazrX 1.2 and download right zip.
(Recomended) Make a backup in recovery and reboot (always a good ideal before flashing anything) and have enough juice in case something goes wrong
Download the theme and place it on your sd-ext (not internal memory)
Reboot into recovery with Razr bootstrap
select choose zip from sd card and navigate to where theme is
select theme and confirm selection again.
When theme has finished installing go back and reboot
Enjoy!!!

I also made a revert to stock zip you can flash. You can use it to remove a theme for stock or if you have issues.
NOTE:If you lose settings for any reason flash the revert to stock zip, reboot then flash theme, should be good after that.

This is for stock 173 and you only use the revert to stock if your on stock 173.

I have one for RazrX but still needs to be tested.

got it workin on my girls phone.. just flashed the revert to stock, rebooted an then flashed this one... shes happy with it...

Flashed back to 173 stock just for this theme. Downloading now so haven't seen it live yet but screen shots look great.

Edit: flashed theme but my phone settings app is gone from app drawer and settings option in menu does not work. Will reboot and see what happens.

Edit2: Tried everything but my settings menu and app are gone. Very odd but i just cant use this theme without that. Looks great though.

I flashed the revert earlier after not finding a fix and thought about trying a second flash but didn't do it....until now. Thanks. Worked like a charm the second time. Great theme.
