The code has to be made for it I think. Its basically the same issue we had before with the kernels if I recall right.

Because the Razr has a locked bootloader. Oh and the JB leak has a modified ICS Kernel and not an official JB Kernel. Hopefully the actual OTA of JB will help

True. Drivers need to be recompiled from source and that can't happen until JB source is released.
