Question, I can not remember what the QE is supposed to be to show that the phone has not been rooted, is it 1/1 or 0/1 ??

Thank you

If the phone has never been rooted, it will show 0/0. I don't believe there's a way to get it back to that once the phone has been rooted though. Best you can do is 0/1 for not rooted.

Hey guys! Well, here's how I fared! After 2 days on a Droid X (may it rest in peace) I am SO ready to be back on dual core haha!

I was basically so dead that there was ZERO way to bypass the bootloader and get to charge.

I cut the phone side of a regular micro USB, proceeded to strip the black and red wires, and hooked my phone up to them on the bottom left screws and did the "jump" method for my phone just like jumping a car really. Upon restarting bootloader, battery status went to OK!

Thank you ALL for your suggestions

When you take the back of the RAZR off, there are 2 screws that connect to the battery like battery terminals. Just gotta connect the right wires to those 2 screws, put a piece of tape over them and you have successfully "jump started" your RAZR :)
