I have a 32gb scan disc card and am having trouble keeps comming out of phone door keeps opening. Is anyone having this problem? I am wondering if it is the phone or the card. Thanks

Before you click the tray with the sim card into place, place the sd card just inside the phone and then push it in with your fingernail until you hear it click into place.

Then put the sim card and tray back into the phone and you should be all set.
