I'm confused. In the other thread you said you booted into ICS and had issues installing the update. Now you can't boot into ICS?? What happens when you run option 1 on the 1.82 Utility now??

Dual Core is a rom made for the ICS kernel. Won't work on JB.

No Issues downloading to Flash...Its was sending the OTA Update to my phone no issues...Then I hit Install to Update while on ICS .211, Uninstalled SS...Hit Install, started Green Android started the process than aborted...

Just so you what happen...that why I posted...

You're not making sense. When did you uninstall safestrap?? After you started the update?? I think you just need to run option 1 on the 1.82 Utility. Then boot into OS and set up the phone, Then boot into Moto Recovery and install JB. If Safestrap is on your phone after you ran option 1 then you did not wipe data at the end of the utility

Well, I Read a Post stating to back to .211 Stock then to Uninstall SS then take OTA...Seriously, Their were so many Post on OTA Issues for not updating I was Scanning everything that I thought made sense...

Bottom Line...Just need to get to Fastboot to Unbrick my phone...Is this possible?

My Post were thrown out their with a few PM Posts as well...I follow the Process that Satman posted and this is where i am...Tucstwo direction were on...but sometime Blew up and I take full ownership...

Have a Black Screen...Held down all 3 buttons...then the Red Logo Splash screen appears than back to a Black Screen...So you know, I Always got back to Stock thru Dual Boot...this is the first time I ever had any issues..

I am not as sharp you as Guys but this is simple stuff and usually dont bother any Mods or Admins cuz I usually resolve this myself...

Notta happening my friend...Its still doing the same thing...I get the screen Flash then trys to reboot

Could it be the Battery? Quite sure I had plenty for this short task I had to do...

It's tough to do but you need to catch it at the right time. Found this info to explain:


First, press and hold both the VOLUME DOWN and the POWER BUTTON. Once the screen goes black, wait exactly 1 second, then press and hold ALL THREE BUTTONS, and don't let go until you see the Boot Mode Selection Menu (white letters on black background). Once in that menu, you need to make your selection in the next 10 seconds or so, otherwise it will reboot automatically

Okay, I am in my friend...I guess I would suck playing the Flute holding down buttons..This is whats happen..

• Got into the White lettered Screen
• Chose Fastboot
• When to Util 1.82
• Hit #1
• Its now doing its thing...Not sure I should be posting his message while its updating
• Solid Green Light that tells me its receiving Data
• Where it is now...It says:
• sending system..262144 and hasnt ask for a prompt yet so I would say its working

Just passed Dual Core...Had some hang time...Waiting...Fired into Animation Splash Screen...Little Hang time...

Now, Well we have Touch Down my friend...time for me to do my set up...
