Question about a full wipe

full wipe sdcard

Might be a noob question here. When a full wipe is done in recovery, does this wipe the sdcard0 storage on the internal drive, or does it leave that alone? I imagine that the phone treats that as an external card so to speak and not part of the actual internal memory.

Does not wipe the SD unless you specify.
Better to wipe with SD removed.

I don't mean the external sdcard. I mean the "internal' card for the MAXX that reads as "sdcard0" in any file explorer. The external card is read as sdcard1. I was wondering if a full wipe included sdcard0, if anyone has done so and noticed?

Found this out the hard way, it does. sdcard0 is wiped.
