Actually I might try it later. It won't boot and says no os installed and I can't flash or fast boot any updates but I didn't try to create a slot and flash something to it. That is if I have any battery left.

If you have a backup of stock jb you made on stock slot in SS before, you can restore that to stock slot... And wipe cache/dalvik/system/factory reset before hand. I have flashed vit 1.9.3 to stock slot among other things and have always been able to restore either a backup of 4.1.1 Stock JB or 4.1.2 stock which I always make right after I root and install SS so I can flash back to just in case.

I don't but what if I were to get a backup from someone else and restore it.

I don't see why it would not work, so try it. If you need I can upload a backup for you just let me know.

Sweet, 4.1.2 file is out, just used RSD, booting now. Blackhat adapter isn't here yet, but it's a good thing to have around.

Unfortunately lost root. There is a propeties file from rootkeeper on my SD card (from 4.1.1) I thought I could use to regain root but Voodoo say no protected copy of root found. Guess I'm stuck with no root for the time being. Better than a paper weight though!

no root using in your situation....if you have to use the fastboot file and rsdlite right now, there is no root....until someone comes up with it...

Phones back up and running great. No root so I can't block ads but stocks not to bad. Thanks for all the help. Looking forward to someone figuring out root but I'm pretty happy with stock at the moment.

@Nickcco123 posting this same topic in more than one thread is not the way we do things. Please post your request in the right place only once.

Thank you
