Recently, I unlocked my bootloader because I want to root my HD. Actually, I did it.
However, when I use this application to downgrade my HD from 4.1.2 to 4.0.4, somethings happened.
The CMD showed that it was successful but my HD just stuck in the bootloader mode.
Every time I turn on my HD, it came into the bootloader mode(it's bootloader mode, right?I'm not sure..) And no response. After a few minutes, it came back to the bootloader mode again. My HD just loop and loop.

I tried to type out the situation: (because I have no phone to use)

My HD shows that in a black wallpaper with some white words:

AP Fastboot Flash Mode (S)
10.98(*) (sla-5b608bc, 2012-11-13 20:26:57)
eMMC Info: Size 16GB

Device is UNLOCKED, Status Code:3

Battery OK

Transfer Mode:
USB Connected

Fastboot Reason: Flash Failure
usb connected

Actually, I didn't root my HD since I cannot find a way to root my 4.1.2 HD. I tried to connect with the RSD lite 6.0. It shows N/A about my HD...

I really hope that someone can help me with this situation...I just bought it 2days only...s

Thank so much

I assume you have the Dev Edition if you unlocked the Bootloader.
Did you try and use RSD Lite to go back upto 4.1.2? Thats what I did on mine. I tried to go back down to 4.1.1 and go an error, I just went back up to 4.1.2. Without unplugging my phone I cleared the 4.1.1 firmware from RSD lite and added the 4.1.2. and booted up. did all the sign in stuff.

Another stupid question. You deleted the getvar lines from the firmware.

Process I took for root.

turned phone on into fastboot and flashed the firmware

went through normal boot up process.

then I downloaded SuperSu Zip file from another site location, not sure if I can say where but it has three letters in the first name.

powered off phone, back into fastboot. flashed TWRP. follwed instructions, then without powering on phone, booted into twrp and flashed Supersu zip.

Actually, I am now going to use RSD6.0 to flash back the 4.1.2 rom. But will it be okay if RSD cannot defy my HD? Because when I connect my HD with my computer, RSD shows N/A for all the info of my HD...

When I had to fastboot my M, the phone information would not show in RSD, but it still showed that a device was connected. I just pushed the files and it worked. I also had to use RSD 6.14, the other versions wouldn't work for me.

i'm so glad that I just repaired my HD. I use RSD6.0 to flash the Australia rom 4.1.2 again. And it works. But the most important point is to correct the xml file by delete the wrong command.
