After running Matt's droidrazr utility 1.82 (option 1) to restore stock .211 I got this result. Does this mean
it wasn't successful?

Moved to DROID RAZR Help.

You need to extract the zip to its own folder on the Desktop.

Please do not Personal Message me for help or troubleshooting. They will be ignored. Post in threads or start one in Q&A sections.

I did. I used Winrar and extracted to desktop and a folder was automatically created. Do you mean I need to create a folder on desktop first, then extract to it?

Did you extract the entire zip or just the .bat file to desktop? ..... :-)

Yes. Put DroidRazrUtility1.82.zip on desktop. Select "Extract Here" and go. Zip file is decompressed and a folder is automatically created containing all the files. Just for kicks, I downloaded the utility again from a different location thinking maybe something was corrupt in the first file. Repeated the procedure and same results. I've tried switching USB cables, switching USB ports, still no joy. I did confirm (via the chat room) that I didn't need to install the drivers that come with the utility because I have Motorola Device Manager installed with up-to-date drivers. But since nothing else has worked yet, I guess I'll install the drivers that came with the utility. The thing I don't know is should I uninstall MDM first to prevent a driver conflict?

That shouldn't be a driver conflict.... what it is .... it the .bat file is not able to "see" the fastboot.exe file (included in the utility)...... Try rebooting.... then right click the .bat file in the extracted folder and run as administrator......

I've tried that. I'm in the administrator account, and always select 'run as administrator'. I've tried rebooting as well. There is something obvious I'm missing here - this is not a difficult procedure.

I tried running it normally the first time and the bat file would not run. It only works if I use the 'run as administrator' option. I was going to attach a pic of the directory showing all the files, but I don't see any way to attach a jpg. But... there is no fastboot.exe file in the utility folder.

Ok that sounds good, but I'm not familiar with team viewer. Is this some kind of interactive feature? All I'm trying to do is get this phone back to bone stock so I can update to JB and root. I've already factory reset and wiped cache and data. I could probably get away with just running the JB update. It just bugs me I can't get this bat file to run. I'll be here all day if necessary to get this figured out. Thank you for offering to help.
