Does anyone use it? Can we get CWM and roms uploaded to it now that the RAZR M is unlocked?

I wouldn't use it. I've seen more problems with it, than not. Just flash recovery through bootloader, and ROMs through recovery.

I haven't had issues with my Droid X, of course it wasn't unlocked.

CM 10.2 and CM 10,1,3 rooms now show up in ROM Manager. Also if you like CWM recovery you can use ROM Manager to flash the Photon Q version.

There are no ill issues with using RM. Some of the convenient features may not work depending on what rom & default storage you have. Q recovery is slow but just swap it. The latest cm w/ sd ext storage allows all to work!
I have even tested all the adv options.
So you can forever leave .img & fastboot for more advanced hacking.
When it comes to easy recovery after you have root- RM is it!!
Edit flashing compatable roms that come via RM? IDNK. Roms on your sd? Like i said cm 10 w/ sd feature only.
Twrp Mgr is a much better homescreen recovery batch manager.
Only RM will flash custom recovery from your homescreen.
