Tried flashing the boot animation and I got an error flashing zip downloads SD card I mounted then flash what did I miss this time ? Lol

the bootanimation.zip is not a flashable zip. you just copy and paste into the /system/media directory and set permissions rw-r-r.

when you're not sure whether a zip file is flashable or not, you can open it in a zip utility like 7-zip and see if there's a META-INF directory. if there isn't, it's not a flashable zip.

So, I flash to replace the bootloader unlock warning? I tried using one of the tools to do it, but had no luck. Or would I be better doing it using ADB?

Use ap fastboot it's the same as flashing a boot.img it's (fastboot flash logo "logo.img")

Yes if you are gonna use this utility but you can flash the logo without the utility with the method I showed you above

...or download one of the logos from above and flash in recovery.  You can also go to this thread, DL a logo, and flash in recovery.  Pretty easy peasy.
